Eric Cayouette

President

Eric Cayouette joined Fujitec Canada Inc. in 2003 and has been overseeing the Canadian operations since 2018. Eric graduated from the University of Laval in Quebec City with a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and has a Professional Engineering accreditation in the province of Ontario and Quebec. He has over 30 years of experience in the elevator industry spanning all phases including manufacturing, project management, field operations, engineering support, and corporate operations.

Brad Tebo

Vice President, Eastern Region

Brad Tebo is a seasoned veteran of the elevator industry since 1999 who brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of the business. Brad began his career at Fujitec in 2009, and is responsible for the day to day operations, safety, sales and financial management for the Canadian East Region. A business and management graduate of Georgian College, Brad integrates his practical field knowledge with his operational insight, consistently furthering the success of Fujitec Canada.

Ashley Phillips

Vice President, Western Region and Calgary Area Branch Manager

Ashley Phillips manages the Canadian Western Region bringing with him 20 plus years of experience. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. Ashley joined Fujitec in 2012, and is focused on developing innovative business strategies to support the growth and overall performance of Fujitec Canada while embracing the strategic direction and vision of the company.

Oscar Ramirez

Corporate Controller

Oscar Ramirez oversees Fujitec Canada controllership and related financial activities since 2020. He is responsible for the company’s external and internal financial reporting and plays an integral role in developing the company’s operating profit, cash flow and capital spending plans.

Oscar is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University. Sudbury, Ontario.

Barry Lee

Vancouver Branch Manager

Barry Lee oversees the sales, operations and service of the Vancouver BC branch. Barry has 18 years of experience in the elevator industry and began his career at Fujitec in 2018. He graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with diplomas in Operations Management, Financial Management and Computer Systems. To further his education, Barry later obtained his Certified Management Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant designations.

Alex Beaulne

Manager, Business Management Group

Alex Beaulne joined Fujitec Canada, Inc. in 2019 and oversees estimating, engineering, and project management.  With over 20 years of experience in vertical transportation across the mining and elevator industries, Alex brings diverse experience in engineering, project management, procurement, quality, and operational excellence.  Alex holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.A.Sc.) from Queen’s University and is a Professional Engineer in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia.
